Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) is a synthetic peptide analog of the natural compound dolastatin 10. MMAF is a microtubule inhibitor, disrupts the formation of microtubules. MMAF is often used in conjunction with monoclonal antibodies as part of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy. Monoclonal anti-MMAF antibody, is produced from a hybridoma which was obtained from a mouse immunized with MMAF.
