Rozanolixizumab is a humanized IgG4ҡ monoclonal antibody .On June 27, 2023, rozanolixizumab-noli was approved by the FDA for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti- acetylcholine receptor (AchR) or anti-muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibody positive. Rozanolixizumab inhibits the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), which plays a key role in recycling immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies in the body. By blocking FcRn, Rozanolixizumab reduces the levels of pathogenic IgG antibodies, which are involved in autoimmune diseases.
